Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was conceived in Minsk. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her hockey-playing father. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk 5 May 1998. Aryna is the holder of 12 WTA Singles titles. One of which was named 'Grand Slam' in the Australian Open 2023. In her role as a specialist in doubles She also took home both the US Open of 2019 as well as her first Australian Open of 2021 with Elise Mertens. Alongside Mertens, the Belgian tennis superstar she was a WTA 1000s winner in Indian Wells in 2019 and Miami. The feat only four pairs of women's doubles to accomplish it. Her ranking went from second to third in world singles rankings on the 23rd of August in 2021. The highest ranking she achieved was achieved again in the month of January in 2023. In doubles, she moved up to the top spot due to her triumph in Melbourne in February the same year. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 until the close of 2019 and also a part of early 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach for her from August through September 2020. Since the end of 2020 she's been trained by her fellow countryman Antonio Dubrov. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her heroes.
